The Raymond Vineyards 2007 Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from their original estate property which is home to some of the oldest Cabernet vines growing in the Napa Valley. The maturity of the vines contribute to the concentrated Cabernet flavors and the rich, well drained soils are an essential component to high quality grape growing. Dense, dark and full-bodied, the wine is evenly structured and well balanced with a beautifully extended finish.. This Cabernet has amazing concentration of dark fruit! Blackberry, black cherry, plum and black licorice flavors immediately fill the palate on the first sip. The mid-palate is dense and full- bodied with great depth.
